Here is the problem with this:
The charge is related to a 1973 VA regulation that prohibits individuals from posting materials or placards on VA property except when authorized by the head of the VA facility or a designee.
The VA is moving to criminally prosecute someone for violating an obscure regulation, not a law. This is exactly why federal agencies should not have the authority to create regulations. They are not a part of the legislature. This is the job of Congress. Sessions must step in and end this.
