FBI Phone Glitch: Misdirection and Deep State Deception. #RELEASETHEMEMO

JAMES CLAPPER: We did not include any evidence in our report, and I say, "our," that's N.S.A., F.B.I. and C.I.A., with my office, the Director of National Intelligence, that had anything, that had any reflection of collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians. There was no evidence of that…

CHUCK TODD: I understand that.__But does it exist?

JAMES CLAPPER: Not to my knowledge.

Meet The Press, March 2017.

Clapper was the former Director of National Intelligence under the Obama administration, saying here that that as of 12:01 a.m. on January 20th the intelligence agencies had no evidence of collusion between Donald Trump's campaign and the government of Vladimir Putin's Russia.

Bear this in mind with what we now know to have been an extensive surveillance operation conducted by the Obama administration to dig up evidence connecting the Trump campaign with Russian interference.

We've been told that our Twitter followers are Russian bots. Wrong. We are told that General Michael Flynn, a patriot of impeccable character, is a fraud and a liar. A travesty. As David French writes in the National Review;

"We’re reaching a dangerous point of partisan polarization in our nation. Millions of Americans are now firmly convinced that the entire Russia investigation is a scam cooked up by “deep state” bureaucrats who are seeking to topple a duly elected president. This is the so-called soft coup so often discussed on talk radio and social media."

I find myself agreeing almost entirely with Mr. French's analysis in his article and I encourage you to go read it. The FISA Memo must be released, and all the evidence that went into producing this memo with it. If there is no 'deep state' that cooked up the false Russia narrative that has produced nothing of note except liberals that are more shrill and annoying than usual, then the 'deep state' has nothing to fear from the release of this memo- because it doesn't exist.

Of course, if there is a deep state- I suppose that loose collection of secretive and powerful influencers would try to exert power over elected officials.

"We believe it would be extraordinarily reckless for the committee to disclose such information publicly without giving the department and the FBI the opportunity to review the memorandum and to advise the (committee) of the risk of harm to national security and to ongoing investigations that could come from public release. Indeed, we do not understand why the committee would possibly seek to disclose classified and law enforcement sensitive information without first consulting with the relevant members of the intelligence community."

That's Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd writing to House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Devin Nunes. Let's get this straight. The Obama administration allegedly conducts surveillance so outlandish that it prompts Pennsylvania Rep. Scott Perry to say:

“You think about, ‘is this happening in America or is this the KGB?’ That's how alarming it is.”

Representative Perry is a 25-year military veteran who racked up 200 combat flight hours in Iraq as the commander of the 2-104th General Support Aviation Battalion. We can take it as a given that he at least knows the difference between routine monitoring of communiques and governmental overreach.

Judge Andrew Napolitano said:

“The rest of Congress and the American public is entitled to know. We put the Constitution in the hands of people to protect it and they’ve abused that power. We need to know who the abusers were and what they did.”

Judge Napolitano also states that the Constitution protects speech made on the house floor, and therefore the FISA Memo could be read out by any member of Congress.

As we now know, the FISA Memo is just the latest piece in a chess game that has been running for well over a year. As FOX reported in March 2017:

Nunes has known about the unmasking controversy since January when two sources in the intelligence community approached him. The sources told Nunes who was responsible and at least one of the Trump team names that was unmasked. They also gave him serial numbers of reports that documented the activity.

This was long before Trump sent out his now-infamous March 4 tweets claiming then-President Barack Obama “wiretapped” Trump Tower during the 2016 election.

Nunes had asked intelligence agencies to see the reports in question but was stonewalled.

Interesting, huh.

The communications collected from Trump team associates apparently were picked up during surveillance of foreign targets. But an intelligence source familiar with those targets said they were spied on long before Trump became the GOP presidential nominee in mid-July.

In addition, citizens affiliated with Trump’s team who were unmasked were not associated with any intelligence about Russia or other foreign intelligence, sources confirmed. The initial unmasking led to other surveillance, which led to other private citizens being wrongly unmasked, sources said.

This is a felony.

We are inches away from uncovering of the proof of this felony- or at least the knowledge that unlocks the next doorin this Byzantine maze of corrupt agendas. The cloak-and-dagger maneuvers of the Obama administration should surprise no-one, as even the New York Times reported on it on the 1st of March, 2017.

FBI Phone Glitch: Misdirection and Deep State Deception. #RELEASETHEMEMO

As Inauguration Day approached, Obama White House officials grew convinced that the intelligence was damning and that they needed to ensure that as many people as possible inside government could see it, even if people without security clearances could not. Some officials began asking specific questions at intelligence briefings, knowing the answers would be archived and could be easily unearthed by investigators — including the Senate Intelligence Committee, which in early January announced an inquiry into Russian efforts to influence the election.

The narrative in 2017 was that the Obama administration had spread information about a Russian collusion far and wide to prevent the Trump administration from covering it up. This definitely had nothing to do with political sabotage. The groundwork was being laid for Mueller's investigation from the moment Trump became a threat to the procession of Hillary Clinton to the White House. From the same NYT Article:

The F.B.I. is conducting a wide-ranging counterintelligence investigation into Russia’s meddling in the election and is examining alleged links between Mr. Trump’s associates and the Russian government. Separately, the House and Senate intelligence committees are conducting their own investigations, though they must rely on information collected by the F.B.I. and intelligence agencies.

This brings us up to date. Nunes et al have to rely on the information provided by the FBI and other services, which we know now to include foreign agencies like Britain's GCHQ.

Chris Farrell from Judicial Watch says his FBI contacts (not part of the Deep State) say it is impossible to believe the phone glitch excuse.

"Meanwhile I have talked to three FBI agents who told me this whole lost text message thing with Samsung is absolute baloney. That there is no way in the world this could have happened. That the FBI actively monitors agents’ communications both from an insider threat and a counterintelligence perspective. And that their back-ups had back-ups. So three different sources have told me there’s no way in hell that it’s possible, that someone is deliberately sabotaging this or deliberately deleting or lying."

From sea to shining sea and across the world, the calls for transparency ring.

As Streiff over at Red State notes:

The problem is that the FBI IG certified to the Senate in December that they had 100% of the Strzok/Page texts for the period November 30, 2016, to July 28, 2017.

So what happened? Did the IG simply not look at the text messages and just sent an affirmative reply to the Senate? Did the IG know the messages were missing and just assume that the Senate wouldn’t figure it out? Does the IG have the missing emails and have now decided to not produce them? And what explanation can they give when the FBI has nearly zero credibility?

What explanation indeed. The idea that Strzok and Page were afflicted by a technical glitch that would have been immediately detected by the FBI's own failsafe mechanisms is one thing. The fact that this issue only came to light when Strzok became a person of interest is quite another. The idea that this same issue suddenly affected 10% of all the phones operated by the FBI at the exact same time as investigators revealing text messages that showed strong Anti-Trump bias is demanding a level of self-deception of us greater than Rhian Johnson believing in his own film career.

If you cast your mind back to the Patriot Act at the height of the 'War on Terror', liberals then were vehemently opposed to the idea of the FBI monitoring citizens. What changed? A decade passes, and the FBI has flipped from being an instrument of state tyranny to being their best friend? All of a sudden when the feds are being used as a tool by the DNC, investigations into private citizens are suddenly A-ok. Destroying evidence is good. Lying to the American people is a moral act because Trump is the worst. Give us a break, you hypocrites! Here's the view from Wired:

Republicans who have viewed the Nunes document will have you believe it’s incredibly explosive. Congressman Matt Gaetz said it’s “jaw-dropping,” and called for its public release. Representative Steve King said it was “worse than Watergate.” Over the past week, thousands of Americans—as well as likely bots linked to Russia—have flooded Twitter with the hashtag #ReleaseTheMemo. Wikileaks even pledged a $1 million reward to anyone who leaked the document to the organization. Everyone from Breitbart and Fox News to Mike Cernovich has talked about it ceaselessly.
Nunes has successfully manufactured a controversy designed to undermine the Justice Department’s investigation into the Trump campaign’s connections to Russia, and he used FISA to do it.

Compare this to the lengthy paper trail that runs back over a year detailing the conspiracy to tie the Trump campaign to Russia. Look at the different calls from left and right on the issue. The Mainstream Media and the Left cry that this is all a sham, in order to mislead the American people because the President of the United States is actually a puppet of Valdimir Putin.

The President, Republican lawmakers and patriots simply say- release the memo. Let the truth be known. If there is evidence, show it.

Put your money where your mouth is.

The liberal lie-machine has now woven a narrative so convoluted that even the FBI is dragged into making themselves look like absolute charlatans, with talk of secret societies and ludicrous levels of data management incompetence.

Whether or not the FISA Memo contains damning information about the Obama administrations efforts to fabricate a narrative of Russian collusion is almost irrelevant at this point. The more obfuscation and distraction techniques employed in the attempt to hide the truth, the worse any truth becomes when it is revealed. When you stole a dollar from your father's wallet, you got whipped twice as hard when you lied to his face about it. The same principle applies- although we must ask why the FBI is acting like a 5-year-old child with a sweet-tooth.

With President Trump now saying he is willing to talk to Robert Mueller under oath, this tale is ready to come to a swift end.

"I am looking forward to it, actually," Trump said when asked if he was going to talk to Mueller. "Here is the story: There has been no collusion whatsoever. There is no obstruction whatsoever. And I am looking forward to it."

The President is right that he has not obstructed any investigation. The obstruction has come from the FBI and the so-called 'deep state'- as we have seen for over a year. No matter what information is in the FISA Memo, trust in the clandestine branches of government is at an all-time low. Looking ahead, we can only hope that finally, this fiasco is drawing to an end.

Funny how it is always something that manages to get lost, deleted, smashed, burned, or destroyed when it involves Democrats. Now it’s a “glitch” a story only a moron would believe.

There is so much criminal activity happening here it will be impossible to overlook !

This song and dance is getting dumber by the minute. If the FBI really didn’t have those texts then how the hell did they ascertain that their were over 5,000 of them? And why would those text messages only be on one cell phone? Is that how the FBI stores its data, on cell phones?

Can you smell the hot steamy crap they are laying down ?? The 7th floor has to be retaining high priced attorneys faster than you can say COVERUP !!!:laughing::laughing::laughing:

Occam’s Razor should be kept handy at all times.

Video proves FISA Memo contains information that proves the FBI used the fake pee pee dossier to get FISA warrants and to initiate the Mueller Russia collusion investigation!!

Former US Attorney Joe di Genova explains the Russiagate story.

Scroll down and you will find his 30 minute video interview. It will give you the complete unadultrated story.

It made me realize that I have been too harsh on the NSA. It was the NSA Director Adm. Rodgers who informed the FISA court of the misuse of survelliance by the FBI and DOJ in their plot against Trump, and it was Adm. Rogers who informed President-elect Trump that the Obama regime was spying on him. Because of Adm. Rogers, the House Intelligence Committee now has on record the admissions by the FBI and DOJ of their violations of law.

Note that you have not heard one word about this extraordinary development from the presstitutes. There is stone silence at the NYT, Washington Post, NPR, CNN, and the rest of them.

Brazen Plot To Exonerate Hillary ClintonAnd Frame Trump Unraveling, Says Former Fed Prosecutor

A former Federal Prosecutor sat down with The Daily Caller to give perhaps the most comprehensive rundown of the Obama Administration’sbrazen plot to exonerate Hillary Clinton" and "frame an incoming president with a false Russian conspiracy.

In this highly recommended 30 minute interview with Joe diGenova, the former Special Counsel who went after both the Teamsters and former NY Governor Elliot Spitzer, paints a very clear picture of collusion is painted between the Obama administration, the FBI, the Clinton campaign and opposition research firm Fusion GPS.

From the Daily Caller:

The FBI used to spy on Russians. This time they spied on us. What this story is about - a brazen plot to exonerate Hillary Clinton from a clear violation of the law with regard to the way she handled classified information with her classified server.

Absolutely a crime, absolutely a felony. It’s about finding out why - as the Inspector General is doing at the department of justice - why Comey and the senior DOJ officials conducted a fake criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton. Followed none of the regular rules, gave her every break in the book, immunized all kinds of people, allowed the destruction of evidence, no grand jury, no subpoenas, no search warrant. That’s not an investigation, that’s a Potemkin village. It’s a farce.

And everybody knew it was a farce. The problem was, she didn’t win. And because she didn’t wain, the farce became a very serious opera. It wasn’t a comic opera anymore, it was a tragic opera. And she was going to be the focus.

What this is about, this is about a lavabo, a cleansing of FBI and the upper echelons of the Department of Justice.

Memo Contents Part II

We’re going to discover that the Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, her deputy Sally Yates, the head of the national security division John Carlin, Bruce Ohr and other senior DOJ officials, and regrettably, lying attorneys. People who were senior career civil servants violated the law, perhaps committed crimes, and covered up crimes by a presidential candidate - but more than that, they tried to frame an incoming president with a false Russian conspiracy that never existed, and they knew it, and they plotted to ruin him as a candidate and then destroy him as a president. That’s why this is important. That’s why connecting the dots is important.

See Daily caller video.

DiGenova condemned the FBI for working so closely with the controversial Fusion GPS, a political hit squad paid by the DNC and Clinton campaign to create and spread the discredited Steele dossier about President Donald Trump. Without a justifiable law enforcement or national security reason, he says, the FBI “created false facts so that they could get surveillance warrants. Those are all crimes. He adds, using official FISA-702 “queries” and surveillance was done “to create a false case against a candidate, and then a president.” -Daily Caller

CONTENTS OF Republican House Intel MEMO ARE IN A 99 Page FISA court doc from April 2017

During the interview, DiGenova holds up and references a previously unreported and heavily redacted 99-page FISA court opinion from April, 2017, which “describes systematic and on-going violations of the law [by the FBI and their contractors using unauthorized disclosures of raw intelligence on Americans]. This is stunning stuff.”

NSA Admiral Mike Rodgers: An American Hero

diGenova also discusses the immense risks taken by retiring NSA director, Mike Rogers - who briefed Trump on Nov. 7, 2016 about the Obama administration’s surveillance of the Trump team. The next day, the Presidental transition team was moved out of Trump tower and into the president-elect’s Bedminster, NJ golf course until they could sweep for bugs.

Uranium One and other matters

Also discussed in the interview are the Uranium One scandal, Mueller’s “tainted” probe, and the consequences of the Democrats regaining control in the November midterms - which would most certainly lead to an effort to impeach Trump.

“It’s important for the House to complete its work now,” says diGenova.

The Obama Administration’s ‘Brazen Plot To Exonerate Hillary Clinton’ Starting To Leak Out, According To Former Fed Prosecutor

A former federal prosecutor says the truth is starting to seep out about the Obama Administration’s “brazen plot to exonerate Hillary Clinton” and “frame an incoming president with a false Russian conspiracy,” according to an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Joe diGenova, a former federal prosecutor, connects the dots on former Obama administration Justice Department and FBI officials who may have “violated the law, perhaps committed crimes” to politicize law enforcement and surveillance against political opponents.

He says former FBI Director James Comey conducted a fake criminal investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as they “followed none of the regular rules, gave her every break in the book, immunized all kinds of people, allowed the destruction of evidence, with no grand jury, no subpoenas, no search warrants. That’s not an investigation. That’s a Potemkin village. It’s a farce.”

Those are all crimes.” He adds, using official FISA-702 “queries” and surveillance was done “to create a false case against a candidate, and then a president.”

Memo contents Part IV

In this highly detailed video interview, he holds up an unreported April 2017 99-page FISA court opinion that “describes systematic and on-going violations of the law [by the FBI and their contractors using unauthorized disclosures of raw intelligence on Americans]. This is stunning stuff.”

DiGenova thinks Fusion GPS and Crowdstrike, the DNC’s private security firm, were among the redacted contractors of the FBI.

House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes, who knows who the redacted contractors were, may release more information.

Was Fusion GPS pitching and funding journalists to run smear and propaganda campaigns for the Democrats? DiGenova says journalists were definitely paid by Fusion GPS. If it is true, he says, “it’s the complete antithesis of American journalism and the first amendment.”

“Law enforcement is being corrupted and media is being bought,” portends badly he says. Noting the elite media’s supposed outrage about governmental power and institutions during Watergate, diGenova says “the only thing the American journalism community seems to care about now is destroying Donald Trump.”

In the video interview, diGenova discusses the heroism of NSA Admiral Mike Rogers who briefed Trump when he was president-elect, on Nov. 17, 2016 about the controversial governmental surveillance. This resulted, he says, in Trump’s presidential transition being moving out of Trump Tower to Bedminster, N.J., until it could be debugged.

The litigator also discusses the Uranium One scandal, the “tainted” Mueller special counsel investigation and the heroism of Nunes, who is under intense pressure from a united Democrat front.

DiGenova has no doubt that if Democrats gain control in November, there will be an effort to impeachTrump. The Democrats are trying to delay any efforts by Republicans to find the truth.

“It’s important for the House to complete its work now,” he says.
