A weaponized FBI raids Michael Cohen’s office and take privileged communications in hopes to get dirt on Trump for Mueller . The 7th floor of the FBI is determined to take any means necessary to bring down our elected President !!

Washington (CNN)The FBI raided the office of Michael Cohen, a personal lawyer and confidant of President Donald Trump, The New York Times reported Monday.
Stephen Ryan, a lawyer for Cohen, said the US Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York had executed “a series of search warrants and seized the privileged communications” between Cohen and his clients, according to the Times.

According to the newspaper, feds seized records related to his reported $130,000 payment to porn actress Stormy Daniels in exchange for her silence about an alleged Trump tryst. “Federal prosecutors in Manhattan obtained the search warrant after receiving a referral from the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III,” “The F.B.I. also seized emails, tax documents and business records,” one source familiar with the raid told the paper.

Wow, so much for attorney/client privilege.

Perhaps it’s time to jail some of the Mueller and FBI investigation teams.

#4

First the Second Amendment then the First , now the Fifth along with client privilege is a US-American legal concept that protects certain communications between a client and their attorney and prevents the attorney from being compelled to testify to those communications in court. I guess when you routinely spy and wire tap Americans obtain illegal FISA warrants ANYTHING GO’S !!! a SAD day for individual RIGHTS !

The FBI/Mueller is totally out of control aided by activist judges.

#6

The only reason the FBI came into existence was because the federal government needed federal law enforcement for prohibition. They failed miserably then and they are total failures now. Time to end the FBI.

#7

This should be a very scary development for every American… but I suspect the usual crowd will cheer.

#8

Jail them? How about just shooting the bastards?

#9

Indeed they will should they find a ham sandwich to indict

#10

Yeah Russian collusion was the basis for the Manafort raid but they just ‘happened’ to find some other interesting stuff to which the got authorization after the fact…

#11

America has always been just one generation from tyranny. Looks like we won (lost) that lottery. And why hasn’t Trump gotten rid of the Patriot Act yet? They can put you in jail, indefinitely, with no access to a lawyer. All they have to do is claim it’s related to terrorism and they can make you disappear. How is that any different from a dictatorship?

#12

I wouldn’t have minded all digital currency if we all were using crypto. But now that the government and the banks have taken an interest in bitcoin they are going to screw that up too.

#13

I fear that we are witnessing the death of liberty in America. Call me an alarmist, but sometimes those alarmists get it right. Just look at Germany and Hitler. Many warned about him. No one listened. After all, Germany had a constitution. Didn’t protect them.

#14

Time to FIRE the Special Counsel

#15

I can just imagine if the FBI had raided Obama’s private attorney.

How surprising that the Southern District of New York is involved.

#16

Out of control indeed !!! Another blow to democracy this is KGB tactics !

#17

If we can’t see the need to eliminate the FBI after the last 8 years then we will never ! Absolutely atrocious behavior for those sworn to uphold our laws and follow our Constitution !

#18

Simple , it is NOT and never will be and 60% of the Country doesn’t even care !!!

#19

Right again ! When Obama spied on Americans , illegally tapped phones and covered up all of Hillary’s crime it was the end of democracy as we know it .
