Google engineer's "screed" and the response from Google's diversity Czar

#1

A very interesting read from a software engineer; well thought out, and quite compelling. Then you have the response from the new ‘Shitzstaffel’ at Google, in essence- if you disagree with anything we do- shut up.

#2

The blowback to this guy was tremendous… what goes around comes around… or so the saying goes…

#3

Who would have thought that science says that women and men are different is various ways… And suggest that academia has very similar suppression of views as some of the large tech companies

#4

This is who Google fired to keep unproductive, blue haired, screeching harpies happy.

#5

I’m sure the guy will be fine.

Google though… it’s fucked. Not immediately, but the rot has set in and it’s now public. Their talent will be moving on.

Everyone now knows that Google has your data and if they’ll fuck over one of their own, they will certainly do it to you.

It needs to be broken up.

#6

I knew it would be only be a matter of time before Google uncovered his identity and fired him.

The ‘Nice Guy Manifesto’ always fails.

Come to our side, Jimmy.

#7

Martin Luther began the Reformation with a post. He got fired too.

#8

It’s almost as if the idiot SJWs at Google or the leftist media cared more about their so-called narrative then the epic amounts of PR doom they’re going to suffer over this.

Western civilization is currently behaving as an inbred cannibal that would rather eat it’s own arm than a filet mignon resting on a plate at the very same table.

These behaviors are manifesting in corporations as we are seeing at Google, and in government that would pass sanctions against Russia.

James attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2007-2010, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular biology, Physics, and Chemistry. He was pursuing a Master’s degree in Systems biology from Harvard, but did not complete his studies.

So this is one of the nerds that keep google going. You know what they say, only 10% of an organization does 50% of its work [citation needed] and hes probably in one of them.

As an aside, if youre still on google’s filtered search, its time to switch. Try punching in “american inventors” or “american scientists” to see the bias with your naked eyes.

My go to is duckduckgo.

I inherently distrust companies like Twitter, Facebook, and Google. They exist only due to the ability to profit off other people’s work. They sell your content as their own. The Android platform only exists to monitor your every step for marketing purposes.

After Gizmodo leaked Damore’s memo, numerous voices in the media began twisting his words.

“He said women may be genetically unsuited for tech jobs,” barked the Washington Post.
“That guy didn’t want any women near a computer,” proclaimed CNN.

When Google CEO Sundar Pichai finally addressed the controversy, he stated, “to suggest a group of our colleagues have traits that make them less biologically suited to that work is offensive and not okay.”

Quite simply, Google fired Damore not for what he said, but for what the media claimed he said.

The distinction between “all women are incapable of holding these jobs” and “most women aren’t interested in these jobs” is not a difficult one to grasp. Why, then, were the media and Google so quick to dice Damore into Soylent Green and can him?

The answer is quite simple.

We are now a bunch of outrage addicts so desperate for our daily anger fix that we’ve turned ourselves imbecilic trying to get it.

It took a lot of work, propaganda and various forms of community organizing to reach the current level of closed mindedness and vitriol that we see today… I think some people sit back and marvel at their accomplishment to divide and incapacitate an otherwise caring, hardworking nation…

Some backlash street art…

#15

Here is another one. Right at the bus stop outside of Google HQ.

#16

Never thought I’d see street art from the right. At least it is thoughtful, nay even poignant. The left always defaces with spray paint.

#17

The right is changing. We aren’t GOP and we aren’t some weird fringe outlier group. Most people my age are anti-PC and anti-race mixing. We also think affirmative action is bullshit and that people should only get what they deserve if they have earned it. There is a real hatred for anything that seems like it was handed to someone just because they were born a certain way.

#18

Lets get it going, “google is racist”…

#19

Diamond & Silk defend Trump and they get attacked and smeared as Uncle Toms by leftist slime.

Like Trump and everyone else who left the party, liberals throw you under the bus the second you disagree with them.

JAMES DAMORE TO BRING DOWN GOOGLE

James Damore just filed a class action lawsuit against Google, saying it discriminates against white male conservatives

James Damore, a former Google engineer who was fired in August after posting a memo to an internal Google message board arguing that women may not be equally represented in tech because they are biologically less capable of engineering, has filed a class action lawsuit against the company in Santa Clara Superior Court in Northern California.

His claims: that Google unfairly discriminates against white men whose political views are unpopular with its executives.

Damore is joined in the suit by another former Google engineer named David Gudeman, who spent three years with Google working on a query engine. According to Gudeman’s LinkedIn profile, he left the company in December 2016 and has been self-employed since.

The lawsuit, filed by Dhillon Law Group, says it aims to represent all employees of Google who’ve been discriminated against due to their “perceived conservative political views by Google,” due to “their male gender by Google” and “due to their Caucasian race by Google.”

More specifically, it accuses Google of singling out, mistreating and systematically punishing and terminating employees who “expressed views deviating from the majority view at Google on political subjects raised in the workplace and relevant to Google’s employment policies and its business, such as ‘diversity’ hiring policies, ‘bias sensitivity’ or ‘social justice’…”

Damore isn’t holding back any punches here. According to his filing, Google employs “illegal hiring quotas to fill its desired percentages of women and favored minority candidates, and openly shames managers of business units who fail to meet their quotas—in the process, openly denigrating male and Caucasian employees as less favored than others.”

The suit also claims that “numerical presence of women celebrated at Google” was based “solely due to their gender” while the “presence of Caucasians and males was mocked with ‘boos’ during companywide weekly meetings.”

Somewhat redundantly, it adds that Damore, Gudeman and “other class members” were “ostracized, belittled, and punished for their heterodox political views, and for the added sin of their birth circumstances of being Caucasians and/or males.”

Google said it fired Damore for violating its code of conduct and advancing “harmful gender stereotypes in our workplace.” Damore meanwhile began a kind of press tour, denouncing the company for being close-minded and worse. In an interview with CNBC, for example, he compared being a conservative at Google to “being gay in the 1950s.”

The suit isn’t the only one Google is having to defend itself against. In September, three female former Google employees filed a lawsuit against the company, saying it pays women at all levels of the company less than men, as well as assigns them lower job tiers with less opportunity for upward mobility. Last month, a fourth complainant joined their suit.
