North Korea calls for reunification with South Korea

Oh Obama did plenty to threaten China and provoke them with fly and sail bys, and denying their 9 dash line. Giving the speech in Australia announcing that he was stationing the Marines there (first time since WW2) and telling China this is to let you know the US is on the block in case you start any shit, continuing the building of our largest base in the region at Guam, and dispatching his secretary of defense to patch things up with Vietnam so that we could regain access to their deep water port that we use to have use of. All seen as serious provocations to China.

With his head up their arse.

"For starters, no one - not even Chinese citizens - can own property in China forever, because the government owns all property permanently, Yang says. Rather, they can purchase a leasehold for Chinese real estate, which runs for 70 years for residential property and 50 years for commercial property."

A capitalist society cannot exist without private property rights.

Obama Was First President to Spend More on Welfare Than Defense
(CNSNews.com) - Barack Obama was the first president of the United States to spend more on “means-tested entitlements”—AKA welfare—than on national defense, according to data published by his own Office of Management and Budget.

What? No proof? I guess to looney regressives saying “I’ll turn you to ashes” is not a threat. lol @America hating regs.

#66

I’s far worse than that when you add all entitlements into the number like subsidies for ACA coverage,

Colorado’s economy is booming yet 1 in 7 people are collecting medicaid.

42% to the state budget gos to medicaid. What’s wrong with this picture.

#67

And the TIC is still sending out all those checks.

#68

It’s not a threat if you can’t do it. I could tweet out that I’m going to turn North Korea to ashes. Now the TIC has tweeted out that he’ll destroy North Korea, and that IS a real threat.

This too is changing as China emerges as a new and modern superpower. It’s in transition.

Abstract: Protection of Property Rights has become a pressing issue in China since the country strived to move from a planned economy to a market economy in late 1970s. The passage of the Property Law of China on March 16, 2007 marked an historic change in the country from public to private with
respect to property rights. Effective on October 1, 2007, the Property Law for the first time in Chinese history grants an equal protection to both public and private properties, breaking up the orthodox ideology in favor of public
ownership againstprivate ownershipand individual-liberty

I watched about half of this hearing… The panel was Kissinger , Schultz and former Deputy Secretary of State Armitage. With the exception of Elizabeth Warren grandstand, it was informative. This segment wasa good couple of questions and a surprising admission by Kissinger and seconded by Schultz.

This is the entire 2:30 minute exchange…

Some good remarks about both Russia and China and problems with world population.

I guess to the looney America hating traitors, launching missiles with a long range ability and setting off Hydrogen bombs means he can’t do it.

#72

Nor will he. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Stop pissing down your leg in fear.

#73

Largely Americans are ignorant to or in denial about the challenges posed by China, and to a bit lesser degree, Russia.

#75

What does that have to do with the fact that the TIC’s administration is still sending out the welfare checks?

#76

Health care is out of control ! No sane person can argue the point . 17% of the GDP is a very bad number but that is the cost of health care today .
No easy fix maybe more state of the art county hospitals free schooling in health care to citizens that can make the grades in exchange for a few years of service . Flood the field with nurses and doctors carrying little or no debt load along with county run non for profit hospitals may lessen the load on health care ?

$1 million mistake: Becoming a doctor - CBS News
Add in the time and cost it takes to pay off medical school debt and a dissatisfied physician may well consider pursuing medicine a $1 million mistake. (This assumes the average $166,750 medical school debt takes 30 years to repay at 7.5 percent interest – a total cost of $419,738.)

#77

The price of a for profit preditory capitalist state.

#78

No proof? Again? Why no proof?

#79

Of what shrug… does one need to offer proof of opinions too??

Kissinger has always been part of the problem. From his Betrayal of Israel allowing the PLO and Arafat to escape when trapped and looking like war heroes.
Both Kissinger and Shultz and maybe Armitrage are CFR Hacks promoting a “One World Government” . This “New World Order” is still trying to be organized with Communist China wanting to be in charge.
