OpEd: ILLEGAL Immigration a Matter of SOVEREIGNTY

Citizens have rights that do not apply to just anyone. No-where in our Constitution does it say living in this country is the right of ALL HUMANITY, from any part of the world. Just being here is a privilege given by our nation to those most deserving, and those who will make this nation greater.

The inscription on the Statue of Liberty is a False Invitation to any who think we must allow everyone, under any circumstance, the opportunities that others have worked so hard to create and maintain.

We are a nation of Laws, a Society of many Beliefs and Customs that are duly Respected and Protected by our laws.

Yet, our laws guarantee that American Citizens, those born on our soil, and those who have earned our acceptance through their assimilation, must always come first in the eyes of Local, State and Federal Agencies. There is no human right that allows an Invasion.

Those who come uninvited, and openly disrespect our citizens by resisting the Rule of Law need to step quietly, and request the Kindness of our nation with humility.

To those who profess resistance based on some Human Right, or Right of Passage by some outside authority, I suggest repatriating yourself to the nation of your origin. There is no guarantee that we will allow you to stay. Subversion will no longer be tolerated.

Our nation has the most generous Immigration Policy of any nation on this planet. Millions arrive here each and every year legally and fulfill the obligations necessary to stay and eventually join the Freedoms given to our Family of Legal residents.

The wholesale Invasion constituted and allowed by members of both parties were against Federal Laws written and codified in both our Constitution and Legislative bodies. Those who have allowed this overwhelming flood of poor, uneducated, and sometimes aggressive Anti-American Actors need to be silenced.

The Multi-Culture Experiment is over! It hasn’t worked and is diluting the strengths that make this nation great. Our continued success requires us to strengthen our core values and insist upon acceptance by any and all who arrive.

In case you haven’t noticed, One Way Multi-Culturism is a farce made up by those with hidden agendas. Let’s see what would happen if 20 million French citizens move to Saudi-Arabia and demanded rights only given to its citizens.

The notion we are all Immigrants is sentimentality at best. As proven by the situation in Europe some communities will not abide by the Customs and Beliefs of their host nations causing Chaos and Fear, and Crime.

Patriotic Americans from every Social and Cultural strata have shown kindness to those who have willingly broken our laws and sometimes harmed our citizens. We are the ones Who Decide who stays and who must go. Now that you have had a taste of Freedom, bring that knowledge back home and teach others that,
Freedom has a cost.

Duty, Honor and Respect for the Law makes Civilization.

As long as democrats need votes and cheap labor and the pledge to make America dumber there will be more and more illegals entering our Country . The media pushing the race card and the plight of the uneducated , unskilled, and needy illegal forced to leave a Country so rich and so willing to help . 20-40 million and the numbers multiply monthly . Europe is beginning to find out the perils of allowing un-vetted immigrants into the Country !

Thomas Jefferson was the principal author of the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration states, “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness….”

It does NOT say all Americans.

The Declaration of Independence declared independence from the United Kingdom. The United States wasn’t recognized as a country until after we defeated the United Kingdom.

The revolutionary war didn’t end until 1783, but long before that, many nations acknowledged the United States of America. So you’re wrong that the USA wasn’t recognized until after defeating the British.

France formally recognized the United States on February 6, 1778

Their is a difference between a principled belief that all people have a universal right to be and a Constitution that sets down laws for the people of The United States Of America. Just because we talk about defunding planned parenthood because they do abortions in the US does not mean that those who carry the belief that abortion is wrong do not apply that moral principle to everyone in the world…

Let us make this simple. Immigration is not an issue, illegal immigration and forcing citizens to pay for the ramifications of said illegal immigration is the issue.

As citizens we are forced to pay for these immigrants and they have no obligations. We can lose everything if we do not pay out taxes yest they get many things taken care of for them ant our expense.

I must pay MY college loans, My car insurance (I must carry more for uninsured drivers (illegals)) does anyone give a crap about US? Those who must pay the damn bills.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

Please note that the last sentence uses the work ‘Governments’ (plural). These governments are institution by men and ‘According To The First Sentence’, derive their powers from the concent of the governed. Understand that the Declaration of independence were written for the people of the various colonies… not India, not France.

To take you contention one step farther; if you believe in your belief that the US has no sovereign community and must respect everyone according to the principles endowed by their creator, then by applying the second sentence the formation of the US Government under the declaration also allowed it judicial and prosecutorial rights and responsibility over every person on the planet… I think you need to reassess your stance on our foreign policy…

And the document was indeed related to and specifically for the people of the United States of America.
