Resist movement extends to the bench

The judge who barred the Trump administration from turning back the Obama-era DACA program last week has some legal scholars concerned that the ruling could damage the notion of an impartial bench. Most legal scholars are concerned about the way national injunctions are transforming the relationship between the courts and the political branches.
The Obama era has turned the IRS , FBI , CIA and democratically appointed judges into resist movement . We have seen articles were the CIA asked to have false stories about Russia and the Trump team ,and FBI texting about interfering with our election process . An IRS that admitted to singling out conservatives in the course of making decisions . Now we have lawless federal judges appointed by democrats in the mix . Where will all this lawlessness lead us ? Can 2018 help change the path of lawlessness ?

The first skirmishes of a second American civil war have begun.

No, this is not a metaphorical analogy to that bloody conflict that killed approximately 620,000 Americans. It is an objective statement of the reality in America.
Since the election of 2016, the left has gone crazy. Their version of the tea party is called Resistance, and the spearhead of that is a loosely formed terrorist group called Antifa. Antifa is short for Anti-Fascist. The irony of their name is not lost on those who actually know history, as their tactics are straight from the fascist playbook.

There is no reason in the world to follow the order of a rogue judge. DHS’s decision is an abomination. We have to fight judicial supremacy not bow down.

Impeach Alsup

Just look at the 9th district court of late one of the HIGHEST reversal rate in the entire Country , yet no- one CARES ! Obama has politicalize every arm of government and no one pays attention and those that should be watching WON’T !!! :rage:

“Circumstantial evidence of intent, including statements by a decisionmaker, may be considered in evaluating whether government action was motivated by a discriminatory purpose,” Alsup wrote on Friday. “These statements were not about the rescission (which came later) but they still have relevance to show racial animus against people south of our border.”

The same could be said for Obama’s initial DACA executive order. Obama consistently displayed racial animus towards whites and it could be argued that Obama used DACA to thin out the white population. If Alsup’s ruling is to stand then his decision should apply to the original order as well, which would nullify it.

Legal scholars are just now getting concerned about this? Talk about being slow on the uptake.

#7

Let this play out, this will be fast tracked to the Supreme Court and the court will rule 5-4 that DACA is illegal. When that happens we can all give this judge a pat on the back for unintentionally helping to screw over his DNC handlers.
