Robert Mueller should recuses himself from any Russian inquiry

The thing about these indictments is that we get to reset the liberal media tripe again. Because Mueller is close to making something public the left have gone into the “lets just wait and see what the investigation finds”… that of course is not what the left have been doing for the last year and a half. Now, as soon as an indictment is made, the left (including you) will start the finger wagging again leaving behind any notion of due process or ‘Innocent until proven guilty’… But it gives them how ever long it takes to try someone to continue to beat the drum.

The interesting thing of course will be just what the indictment is. If it directly relates to some form of collusion or quid pro quo, it will be a PR nightmare for trump, but if it is related to Muellers last mandate and is some charge for something done years ago but discovered by Mueller in the course of his investigation… His credibility and the entire collusion thing is dead.

As to your grand jury:
As New York Judge Sol Wachtler said in 1985, “If a district attorney wanted, a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich.”

Grand juries are the prosecutor’s babies. They decide who gets picked, what evidence gets presented, and what gets left out. There’s no judge, no defense attorney, and generally a defendant only testifies in rare circumstances — his story is so air tight that there’s no down side in putting him in. There’s no necessity for unanimity among the 23 or so jurors, and the standard of proof is so low — that probable cause exists to believe a crime has been committed — anyone, for the merest hint of an offense, can get indicted.

Quit pretending is’t a monumental accomplishment.

Ultimately, it is better to be proven wrong by an inconvenient truth than it is to have your beliefs confirmed by a comforting lie.
With the capacities of modern technology, it is now up to us to do proper research before offering our opinion on a topic; otherwise we risk furthering the spread of misinformation and becoming just another cog in the Fake News machine.

Regardless of who is or isn’t indicted not one Trump voter will change. The insider game has been exposed for what it is.

#25

Not true, he’s already suffering a mere 36% approval rating. Even after 8 years Obama left the White House with 54%. And he never saw 36% like Trump and Bush. He didn’t win the election with 36%, so he’s lost significant support already. Now that half that HRC declared the “basket of deplorables”, no, they’ll not change, as Trump once said, he could murder someone on 5th Avenue in front of god and everybody and they’d still support him. And that plays out right here every day.

#26

And in the end, it really doesn’t mater for the next 3.5 years.

GET OVER IT!!!

#27

Mueller and his side kick Comey, are as corrupt as anyone in the Obama administration !

#28

Are you quoting the very same polls that had Hillary 10 points ahead of President Trump a week before the election ??
Haven’t you learned anything about those polls yet ??? Who is conducting those polls ? Liberals ! Who are they polling in that liberal based poll ? Liberals ! How many liberals approve of President Trump ? 36% ! I say that’s an overwhelming endorsement !!!:laughing::laughing: quack ,quack …

I’ve seen neither of them convicted of anything. And I’d point out to you that they both served in the Bush administration.

#30

Now when has convictions stopped you from your unfailing disrespect of this president? Out side of a rather unorthodox way of stirring the pot, what has he done wrong… Enforced the law… forced congress to do its job?.. fallen victim to the very same foreign policy every other candidate would have taken up as a matter of course… except that he hasn’t paid the regular tribute to N.Korea that got us where we are today?..Maybe you don’t like him saying that the left have just as many fringe groups as the right?.. What?

#31

Do you think the fact that they belong to the F.B.I establishment has anything to there pearly white record ?
Mueller is in charge of a investigation that leaks like a sieve and Comey leaked FBI information to a news paper to get his side kick appointed as special counsel !
The corruption of this government goes back decades .

#32

Do you understand who is boss of the FBI/CIA/DOJ right now? If you think crimes have been committed, grand juries should be impaneled, prosecutions conducted, you’re complaining to the wrong person.

Mueller Requests Documents and Emails on Holder, Lynch, Obama from Justice Department

U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s sweeping investigation into President Donald Trump’s White House just expanded to President Barack Obama’s White House, True Pundit has learned.

Mueller’s probe has also expanded into the tenures of Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch in their official roles as U.S. attorney general during Obama’s two terms in the White House.

Mueller’s team — for the first time — has requested a number of DOJ records and emails related to Holder and Lynch, including additional records linked to Obama and Valerie Jarrett, who served as Obama’s senior advisor and controversial consigliere, according to federal law enforcement sources.

The revelations could indicate Mueller is looking at Obama and his Justice Department’s role in attempts to secure FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign in 2015 and 2016. Or perhaps Mueller is delving into the Uranium One debacle, even though Mueller himself is implicated in the growing scandal.

Officials did not confirm why Mueller is specifically seeking the records. But we can read between the lines here, although there are many scandals at play.

Mueller could also be probing Obama’s tie in to Fusion GPS and how the research firm was involved in setting up a meeting with a disgraced Russian lawyer and three members of Trump’s campaign, including his elder son Donald Jr. and recently-indicted Paul Manafort.

#34

LMAO! Y’all still think Mueller should recuse himself. :joy_cat:

#35

Youre right, illiterate bernie bot, Mueller shouldnt recuse himself. He must.

#36

Alan Dershowitz already said Muellers gone far beyond his authority. Bet you guys like this overreach though, lol.

#37

It’s become more of a “prisoner’s dilemma” for Mueller, and im sure he’ll continue to plow forward to avoid serving jail time.

#38

Before Mueller gets thrown off his post, he might as well do something worthwhile to earn all of the tax dollars he’s wasted on a bullshit investigation.

#39

He had the fourth estate covering for him !
Much of what he and his administration did to America and it’s citizens are just now coming to light !
